Ingredients :
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
3-4 cloves garlic minced fine
4-5 tbsp soya sauce
fresh ground black pepper to taste
1 can jellied cranberry sauce
1 bottle chili sauce
Instructions :
Mix together beef, pork, garlic,soya sauce, and pepper. I find using my hands works best.
Make meatballs to your choice of size, little ones if for appetizers,larger ones for main
course. Brown meatballs and drain off all fat.
In a saucepan mix together cranberry sauce and chili sauce until cranberry sauce is
melted. Pour over meatballs and bake covered at 350% for 1/2 hour or until done to your
satisfaction.
