Dried Beef Dip

Yields :1 1/2 cups

1 cup creamed cottage cheese (small curd)
2 tablespoons skim milk
2 tablespoons horseradish
1/2 teaspoon minced onion
1 envelope dried beef (about 2 1/2 ounces)

Place cottage cheese and milk in blender. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; blend on low speed
until beef is shredded and evenly distributed throughout cheese mixture, about 3 minutes. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
