Schweiger Sticks

Servings: 50 Balls

1/2 pound Braunschweiger
3/4 cup minced dried beef
50 pretzel sticks

Shape Braunschweiger into 50 balls; roll in dried beef. Chill. Insert pretzel stick in each ball just before serving.

VARIATION: Chopped nuts or grated cheese may be substituted for dried beef.
