Cheese Dip

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. finely shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder (or to taste)
1 Tbsp. chives

Cream together cream cheese and sour cream. Add garlic powder and chives. Fold in Cheddar. Chill well; serve with assorted crackers.

Note: Cut fat by using reduced fat cheeses and sour cream.
