| Nacho Mushrooms
Ingredients:
24 large mushrooms, for stuffing
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 pepperoni sticks (hot), thinly sliced
1 cup shredded cheese, mozzarella and
cheddar mixed
Instructions:
Remove stems from mushroom caps. Place caps, rounded side up, in large
broiler pan. Brush with melted butter. Broil 6 inches from heat for 1
minute. remove from broiler. Turn mushrooms over. Place pepperoni slices
in bottom of each mushroom. Top with shredded cheese. Broil until cheese
melts. Serve warm. Quick and easy and soooo...good!
