This recipe format is the right width to cut and paste on a 4"x6" recipe card.

Cream Puff Cake

Ingredients:
1 c. water
1 stick butter or margarine
1 c. flour
4 eggs
4 c. milk
3 small vanilla instant puddings
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese

Instructions:
Heat water & butter until melted, then stir in flour. Let cool completely. Stir in 4 eggs, one at a time unbeaten. Grease 13x9 pan and spread mixture on bottom & little up the sides. Bake for 35 min. at 375. Pastry will puff up like a cream puff. Let cool completely. Mix together pudding and milk until thick. Add cream cheese and pour over cooled crust. Cover with Cool Whip. Can drizzle with chocolate syrup. Cover and refrigerate. Can also be made with chocolate pudding or banana pudding and sliced bananas.
