This recipe format is the right width to cut and paste on a 4"x6" recipe card.

Chess Pie

1 9" pie crust
3/4 stick melted butter or margarine
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbs. white vinegar

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 300 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 325' for another 20-30 minutes. Pie is done when center is set and is golden brown.
