Darleen's Lemon Bars

Crust:
2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
Middle:
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice
Blend crust ingredients together Press into a 9x13 inch pan.
Bake 20 to 25
minutes at 350 degrees.
Middle: Beat eggs, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth. Add
flour and baking
powder. Pour over baked crust. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees
cool. Cut into bars. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
