Caramel Pecan Fudge Cake

1 box fudge cake mix
3/4 can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
Smucker's caramel topping
Cool Whip
Chopped pecans
Bake cake mix in 9 x 12 cake pan as per directions. Once baked, using the handle of a wooden spoon, poke holes in the cake. Pour sweetened condensed milk over entire cake. Pour caramel over entire cake. Spread whipped cream over entire cake (to your discretion). Sprinkle chopped pecans over entire cake (to your discretion). Refrigerate for 2 hours.
