| Apple Pie Bars Recipe by: Amy Nelson 2 1/2 c. flour Mix as for pie crust. Roll out half of dough and place in a jelly roll pan. FILLING: Sprinkle corn flakes on dough. Cover with apples, sugar and cinnamon. Roll out the rest of dough to make top crust. Seal edges. Beat egg whites until foamy and brush on top. Bake at 375 degrees for an hour, or until done. Frosting: Mix together 1 cup powdered sugar, using
