Easy Rhubarb Cake

1 yellow cake mix
3 cups cut up rhubarb
1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1 cup sugar
Prepare cake mix as directed. Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan. Mix sugar, Jell-O, and rhubarb. Spoon over top of cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Note: Comes out like upside-down cake.
