| Easter Basket Cupcakes
Ingredients:
Cup cakes (prepared)
White frosting
1-2 drops of green food coloring
1 cup shredded coconut
1 pkg. jelly bean eggs
1 pkg. malt ball eggs
1 pkg. licorice
Instructions:
Generously frost cup cakes with white frosting ( this will help the eggs
stay in place). Place coconut and food coloring in a plastic bag and
shake. Sprinkle green coconut on the cup cakes (gently press into frosting
a little bit). Place assorted eggs on top and gently press down so they
are secure. Insert licorice into each side of cup cake, looped over the
top to serve as the handle.
