This recipe format is the right width to cut and paste on a 4"x6" recipe card.

Amish Pantry Bar-B-Que

Ingredients:
3 lb Pork roast, fat trimmed,
Boiled, cooled, shredded by
Your own little fingers so
As to be stringy.
1 med Onion, chopped fine
1 clove Garlic, minced
2 tbs. Oil
2 tbs. Brown sugar
1 tbs. Horseradish
2 tbs. Vinegar
1/8 ts Amish Pantry black pepper
1/8 ts Amish Pantry cayenne pepper
1/2 tbs. Amish Pantry dry mustard
1 ts Amish Pantry salt
1/2 c Celery
1 c Water
4 tbs. RealLemon concentrate
1 c Red Gold catsup
3 tbs. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:
Cook onion and garlic in oil until lightly brown. Add dry ingredients and blend in. Add remainder. Simmer slowly for 1 to 2 hours.
