| Colorado Pie Recipe by : More-with-Less Cookbook
Ingredients :
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 T. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cups cooked green beans or corn, drained
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. oregano
1 10-ounce can tomato soup
double pie crust
Instructions :
Prepare pastry for 2-crust pie. Lie 9 inch pie pan with half the pastry. Roll out top
crust. Brown ground beef and chopped onion in skillet. Stir in sugar, pepper, beans/corn,
salt, oregano, and tomato soup. Pour into pastry-lined pan, add top crust, and cut slits
in it. Bake at 400 F for 25 minutes.
