| Chicken-Cheese Casserole Ingredients : 3/4 lb noodles 5 Tablespoons margarine 1 small onion, chopped 3 tablespoons green pepper 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms 5 tablespoons flour 1 1/2 cup chicken broth 1 1/2 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 3 cups cooked chicken or turkey 2/3 cup shredded cheddar buttered bread crumbs Instructions : Cook and drain according to package instructions: 3/4 lb. noodles Sauté in a skillet: 5 tablespoons margarine 1 small onion, chopped 3 tablespoons chopped green pepper 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms Add: 5 tablespoons Cook and stir until bubbly. Add: 1 1/2 cup chicken broth 1 1/2 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard salt and pepper to taste Cook, stirring until thickened.
