| Barbecue Ribs Recipe by: Linda Lintz 3/4 lb. ribs 1 tsp. salt 1 onion 2 dashes Tabasco sauce 1 c. catsup 2 c. water 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce Put ribs into shallow
roasting pan. Brown for 30 minutes at 450 degrees,
turning once. Mix rest of ingredients and bring to a
boil. Pour over ribs. Cover with foil and bake at 350
degrees until tender, about one hour. Baste with sauce
frequently. |
