Dried Beef Supreme

Servings: 4 to 6
1/3 cup diced celery
2/3 cup canned sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon paprika
3 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
4-ounce can dried beef, chopped
1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
Sauté celery and mushrooms in butter in large saucepan or
skillet. Stir in flour and paprika. Add milk and Worcestershire
sauce. Cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and thick. Stir in
dried beef and olives. Heat thoroughly.
TIP: Serve on hot toast or biscuits.
