This recipe format is the right width to cut and paste on a 4"x6" recipe card.

Chicken Pilaff

Ingredients:
chicken breast 2 (double) cut in pieces
garlic 1 crushed toe
Soya sauce (salt)
Gingersirop 1 tablespoon
1 red pepper (crushed to paste)
salt and pepper
large tin of peaches in juice
cornflower 2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

Instructions:
Heat vegetable oil, add crushed garlic, red pepper paste and chicken pieces. Stir fry for about 5 minutes. Add Soya sauce and gingersirop, stir again. Put 2 tablespoons of cornflower in small bowl add some of the peaches juice and stir. Poor rest of the juice out of the tin into the chicken pieces add the cornflower paste and stir until smooth sauce (approx.. 5 min.). Add pepper and salt to taste. Serve with a nice bowl of white rice. This meal will serve 4 people.
