| Rosemary Garlic Roasted Potatoes Recipe by : Anne Lindsay
Ingredients :
6 cups peeled potato wedges
1 T. olive oil
2 tsp. chopped fresh garlic
2 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary (or dried)
salt
pepper
Instructions :
1. In large shallow baking dish, toss potatoes with oil, garlic, rosemary
and salt & pepper to taste
2. Bake uncovered in 325 degrees F oven for 1 hour or until fork-tender
