Potato Salad

4 boiled potatoes sliced into thick slices
2 hard boiled eggs sliced into thin slices
1 quarter cabbage cut into shreds
1 quarter purple cabbage cut into shreds
1 green pepper sliced
2 tomatoes cut tomatoes into 4 pieces
1 quarter cucumber sliced thinly
1 big onion sliced
Shred the purple cabbage and cabbage and put into bowl. Put sliced potatoes into bowl. Slice the eggs and put into bowl. Put the sliced green pepper in.Put the onions in. Put the cucumbers in. Arrange decoratively the tomatoes on top. Serve chilled.
Sauce:
4 scoops of mayonnaise/thousand island
2 spoons of yogurt
1 spoon of honey
When ready to eat, squeeze an orange on to the salad.
