Hash Brown Potato Bake

1 kg bag Hash Browns
500 g Sour Cream
2 cans Cream of Mushroom (10oz)
1/2 cup Butter, melted
2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt/Pepper to taste
Onion/Garlic to taste (optional)

- Combine hash browns, sour cream, soup, melted butter, salt/pepper, garlic/onion and 1 cup of the shredded cheese.

- Mix well, pour into a greased casserole dish.

- Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.

Note - Freezes well. You may want to divided the dish into two smaller 8x8 casserole dishes and freeze one for later. Great for a crowd and with BBQ.
