This recipe format is the right width to cut and paste on a 4"x6" recipe card.

Red Potato Salad

Ingredients :
3 lb new potatoes
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup green onions or scallions, thinly sliced
2 tbsp fresh dill, snipped / 1 tsp. dried dill
1 tsp. dijon-style mustard
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Instructions :
1) Scrub the new potatoes to clean, and place whole in a lightly salted pot of water set to boil. Cook the potatoes for about 15-18 min until done, but still firm. Drain and cool. Cut into large chunks.

2) In a large salad bowl, blend together the Italian salad dressing, mayonnaise, green onions, dill, mustard, lemon juice, and black pepper. Thoroughly combine all ingredients and toss with the warm potatoes. Cover, refrigerate and chill before serving.
