| Mushroom Risotto Ingredients :
1 can (13-3/4oz) chicken broth
1/2 cup water
1 jar (4-1/2oz) sliced mushroom, drained
1 tbs. butter/margarine (optional)
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
3/4 cup grated cheese topping
Instructions :
1) Bring broth, water, mushrooms, butter and seasonings to boil in medium saucepan. Stir
in rice and grated topping; cover. Remove from heat.
2) Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Makes 6 servings.
