| Broccoli Salad

Ingredients:
1 medium sweet onion, finely chopped
4 cups raw broccoli broken into very
small flowerets.
8 slices crisp bacon, fried and
crumbled.
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup roasted sunflower kernels.
Dressing;
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp white vinegar
1/3 cup sugar.
Instructions:
Combine dressing ingredients and blend in blender to dissolve the sugar.
Combine with broccoli and other ingredients and serve promptly to keep
bacon crisp. The addition of sunflower kernels is the secret... Serve this
to rave reviews.
