Four Bean Casserole

Servings: 10 to 12
1 can lima beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can pork and beans
1 can butter beans
3/4 lb. bacon, diced and fried
2 large onions, chopped and fried
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
Cook together bacon, onions, vinegar, brown sugar, and mustard. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add all beans. Bake in a large casserole dish for 2 hours at 325 degrees.
