| Creamed Corn Casserole Ingredients
:
2 cans (17oz each) cream style corn
1 cup MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg (optional)
Instructions :
1) Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Pour
into greased 9-inch square baking dish.
2) BAKE at 375 for 25 minutes or until liquid is
absorbed
