| Mushroom, Tomato and Pepper Salad Recipe by : Rhonda Wakefield
Ingredients :
1 carton fresh mushrooms
2 large tomatoes
1 yellow bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 tbs. Morton Seasons Seasoning Blend
1/4 cup Garlic or Italian dressing (I prefer the kind in the package that you prepare
yourself for this recipe.)
Instructions :
Wash all vegetables. Remove the stems the stems from the mushrooms and chop into small
pieces. Dice the tomatoes. Cut the yellow and red bell pepper into small pieces. Combine
vegetables, seasoning, and dressing in a bowl.
Delicious.
Serves 4.
