Creamy Potato Soup

2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 1/2 cups milk
1 1/3 cups instant potatoes (dry)
Heat butter, onion, salt, celery salt, pepper and milk to scalding. Stir in instant potatoes; continue cooking until smooth, stirring constantly. (Soup should be consistency of heavy cream.) If desired, garnish each serving with paprika and parley.
