French Onion Cabbage Soup

1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned
1/2 head cabbage
2 cup celery, chopped
1 (46 oz.) tomato juice
1 pkg. dry onion soup
1 tsp. sugar
1 cup water
Simmer all together until vegetables are tender, or all day in crock pot.
