Quick Vegetable Soup

1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cans Italian stewed tomatoes
2 cans beef broth
1 can mixed vegetables
1/2 cup uncooked egg noodles
1/2 tsp. oregano
In large pot, brown meat with onion. Cook onion until tender; drain. Salt and Pepper to taste. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
Note: Preparation time is 5 minutes; cooking time is 15 minutes.
