Curried Chicken Sandwich

1 cup chopped cooked chicken
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup diced onion
1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
8 slices toast, buttered

Mix thoroughly all ingredients except toast. Spread mixture on toast, being careful to bring it to edges. Set oven control at broil and/or 550 degrees. Broil 3 inches from heat 3 minutes or until hot.
