Jambalaya

Ingredients :
4 chicken breasts, boiled and pieced,save broth
1 pound pork sausage, mild or hot, fried and drained
1 pound ground beef, fried and drained
5 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1 package of polish sausage, sliced in 1-inch slices and then quartered
2 boxes Zattarain's Jambalaya mix
2 cans Cajun stewed tomatoes (I use Del Monte)
1 can tomatoes and chilies
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
Salt and Pepper
Extra water

Instructions :
Add all cooked meat to the chicken broth and add extra water if needed. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Let simmer on low heat for 1 to 1/2 hours. This recipe makes a lot. You can cut it in half if you desire.
